Are you accepting new patients?

Yes, we are always accepting new patients.

How quickly can I get in to see a doctor?

We are able to see you the same day you give us a call

Do you need a primary Physician referral?

You do not have to have a referral from your primary physician to schedule an appointment.

Are there forms to fill out?

Yes, after making an appointment we will send you our New Patient Packet, either through email or mail.

Do you offer Nutritional Education?

Yes, we have Registered Dieticians and Board Certified Diabetes Educators

Is there handicap access?

Yes, we do have handicap parking and easily accessible ramps

Do you have EMRs (Electronic Medical Records)?

Yes, we currently use Epic. It is Integrated Care System that every doctor from across the country can access your records to make it easier for you
